Warranty Details By Manufacturer

Here are the general warranty details by manufacturer we carry.  A more detailed warranty explanation may be found on the individual manufacturers web-site:

Belimo - products typically come with a 5-year warranty, starting from the date of manufacture or delivery, but coverage varies: many key products offer unconditional coverage for the first 2 years, becoming conditional afterward for things like wear and tear, while Openline products and third-party trade items might have shorter 2-year or 1-year terms, respectively, all detailed in their specific terms and conditions. 

Johnson Controls - HVAC part warranties vary but typically offer a standard 5-year parts warranty, extendable to 10 years for parts (and sometimes compressor/heat exchanger) if the unit is registered online within 90 days by a licensed contractor, otherwise, shorter terms (like 12-18 months from shipment) apply. Specific commercial or unitary products may have different standard terms (e.g., 1-year for some, 5-year for others), with longer compressor/heat exchanger coverage for residential units after registration. 

Siemens - The standard parts warranty on most Siemens HVAC commercial and industrial components is typically two years from the date of shipment or initial operation, though some specific product lines offer longer warranties. 

Honeywell Analytics - Honeywell Analytics (HA) part warranties generally range from 1 to 2 years, with specific durations varying by product line, component (like sensors), and age from shipment or activation, often with exceptions for consumables or specific sensor types, so always check the product's specific warranty terms or documentation. Standard parts might be 2 years, while some advanced sensors or portable units can have different timelines, like 3 years for some instruments but shorter for specific gas sensors (e.g., 2 years for NH3, 1 year for PID/Cl2). 

Senva - BAS products generally come with an industry-leading 7-year limited warranty on all electronic components. However, the warranty period for certain specific, normally replaceable components, such as sensor elements (e.g., CO2 or humidity sensors), is 2 years. 

Inovonics - provides a three (3) year limited warranty for their new hardware products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. 

Setra -  pressure products generally have a one-year or two-year warranty from the date of shipment, with some specific models, like the Model 264, offering a longer three-year unconditional warranty. The warranty details can vary depending on the specific product model and where it was purchased.
